The day will begin with Wyattā€™s Bar Mitzvah service at Bā€™nai Shalom of Olney at 9:30am, followed by a luncheon at the synagogue around 1:00pm. Later that evening, family and friends are invited to continue the celebration at Smokey Glen Farm, with the reception beginning at 5:00pm.

For guests traveling from out of town, a block of rooms will be reserved at a Marriott hotel in Gaithersburg, with additional details provided below.

Wyatt is a curious and creative 13-year-old with a passion for learning and exploring new ideas. He approaches every challenge with determination and a sense of humor that lights up any room.

Over the past year, Wyatt has worked diligently to prepare for this special day, studying Torah portions and reflecting on what it means to become a Bar Mitzvah.

When he's not studying, Wyatt enjoys hanging out with his friends and playing sports. He especially loves playing soccer and baseball. He's also deeply committed to helping out others in the community with his passion for cooking, showing his dedication to making a positive impact by preparing meals for people in need. We are incredibly proud of the young man Wyatt is becoming and can't wait to celebrate this milestone with all of you.

Dear Family and Friends,

It feels like just yesterday we welcomed Wyatt into our lives, and now we stand in awe as he prepares to take this significant step in his Jewish journey. The past thirteen years have been filled with joy, growth, and countless precious moments.

Watching Wyatt prepare for his Bar Mitzvah has been one of the most rewarding experiences of our lives. His dedication, thoughtfulness, and the depth of his understanding continue to amaze us. He has embraced this process with both seriousness and his characteristic enthusiasm.

We are deeply grateful that you will be joining us to celebrate this milestone. Your presence means the world to us and to Wyatt. Together, we will witness a young man taking on the responsibilities and privileges of Jewish adulthood.
